- Ship Back: Drop off at any UPS/FedEx location
Refund Process
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
Exchanges
For size/color exchanges:
- Return original item via standard process

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
- Worn or damaged items
- Swimwear & undergarments (hygiene reasons)
International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refunds processed in USD
- Customs fees non-refundable
